Refunds and cancellations

Last updated 1 October 2026

We don’t accept returns for a change of mind, but we’ll always put right a pack that arrives damaged, wrong or not working. This covers packs bought directly from ScanPing.

No returns for a change of mind

We don’t take back or exchange a pack because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong type, or no longer need it. Each sticker carries its own unique QR code and is made to be stuck on once, so a pack that has left us can’t be resold.

That doesn’t change what you’re owed if something is wrong with what we sent. See “Damaged, wrong or unreadable stickers” below.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund until the order is dispatched. Message support with your order number. Once a pack is dispatched it can’t be cancelled.

Damaged, wrong or unreadable stickers

If a pack arrives damaged, you got a different sticker from the one you ordered, or a sticker won’t scan, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo or a short video of the pack and the sticker. You’ll get a replacement sticker, or a refund if we can’t replace it, with no delivery charge for the replacement.

You can still link a sticker that won’t scan while you wait: type the code printed on it instead.

This doesn’t cover a sticker that was damaged after delivery, applied to a surface it wasn’t made for, or peeled off and moved to another vehicle. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days of us approving them. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.

For cash-on-delivery orders: we don’t take cash on delivery.
